- Private, accessible bathroom with walk-in shower or use of therapeutic tub
- Restaurant-style meals available three times daily plus snacks
- Two hours of social services available upon request
- Specialized and ability centered social, physical, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness activities
- Weekly housekeeping plus linen change, bed-making and daily trash removal
- Unlimited laundry service (personal and linens)
Health and Wellness
- Individualized care plan, supervised and implemented by registered nurses (RN)
- Initial assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Access to license nursing staff seven days a week, RN on call 24/7
- Personal care staff on duty 24 hours/day with one to six caregiver to resident ratio
- Staff specially trained in care of those with Parkinson’s and Dementia
- Medication management, set up and administration
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing transferring and toileting
- Health care status observation with scheduled safety check
- 24-hour emergency response system with pendant
- Unlimited escort service within the building
- Vitals checked weekly or as needed
- At least three yearly care conferences
