Or\, perhaps their health has changed and it feels like part of them is no longer present. Maybe you have people you love who are estranged or have lost your home you spent your life in and that felt like it was a part of you. Sharing about this is good. Grief doesn’t get fixed but it does get mended. New joys can be had. \nJoin us the third Monday of every month at 3:00 p.m. in the Cafe to share your grief with others. By sharing your love and honor your loss by listening to others you extend that honor to them and hear some of your story through their experiences and perhaps find some daylight in the darkness.
